One of my key responsibilities at NewTV is overseeing election coverage for the City of Newton. This includes producing, filming, and editing multiple debates, creating 3-minute candidate messages for all participating candidates, and producing and coordinating our live election night studio production. Decision 2025 became our most-watched election night broadcast yet, with viewers tuning in for interviews, results, and real-time updates. This year’s live show featured multiple guest segments, several video packages, live election results, and two remote crews standing by to capture both the winner and the runner-up of the mayoral race. 

During the 2024 Newton Teacher's strike, as part of our constant coverage, I was shooting B-roll for a news update. While shooting, a group a teachers made their way into city hall to stage a walk-in into the mayor's office. I joined the group.

Blind Kitchen: Boston is a cooking show that premiered on Hearst Televisions 'Wicked Local' streaming app. I was an editor for this Emmy Award-winning episode.

I shot and edited this national award-winning news segment. (That's me behind the camera!)

The Folklorist was NewTV's flagship original production and won multiple Emmy's, and other various awards, between 2013 and 2016. I started working on the show as an intern and continued on in freelance roles after my internship ended. I worked on set in various roles and in post-production as an editor. 

In this segment, I got to shower actors with fake snow and even play a heroic teacher!

In my spare time, I repurposed footage I took of some geese and made a fun short film. This video aired on the Big World TV network.
